Available Schedule:
9 am – 5 pm Thursday to Monday

Wag Atlanta Pet Resort’s photographer and social media coordinator will focus on taking photos and videos of the dogs in our care and posting on social media sites and creating marketing content. This is a very hands on position and experience at a vet or dog kennel is a must.

Primary duties consist of:

• Safety interacts with the dogs in your care while taking photos and video
• Taking photos and videos of dogs to share on social media
• Creating marketing content with photos and video taken
• Editing photos and video
• Sending report cards to new guests
• Taking and editing other photos and videos as needed.
• Managing social media to increase our reach
• Keeping play yards clean
• Moving and handling dogs safely

Our ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

• A love for animals
• Dog handling and or kennel experience
• Knowledgeable of social media trends
• Experienced video editor
• Experienced and talented photographer
• Experienced with iMovie
• Time management
• Pays close attention to detail
• Able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours a day outside in the heat
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Highly dependable
• Team player
• Takes direction
• Excellent communication
• Dependable transportation and attendance
• Can work independently
• Must be comfortable and confident handling dogs
