Q: Are you open on weekends and holidays?

Q: I see tons of photos posted on Facebook! Will my dog have photos taken?
A: We know how much you miss you baby and we try to take photos everyday. Our first priority is the health and happiness of each dog in our care. Typically we take photos of each group daily. While this is not a service we offer, we enjoy sharing as many photos as we can!

This insures that your pup has the right amount of food for their stay and is getting the correct portion.

Q: Are there any kinds of dogs you don't accept?
- A: Because we want to have the most relaxing and comfortable atmosphere possible, we don't allow male Pit Bulls, Cane Corsos, German Shepherds, or Rottweilers or mixes of these, that are not neutered. Pit Bull includes American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit bull terrier and Staffordshire bull terrier.
- We also can not accept aggressive pets for the safety of our team members and our 4 legged guests.
- Dogs with diabeties, epileptic or history of seizures, and other pets requiring medical care will not be excepted. All dogs must be able to be walked on a lead on their own, without additional assistance. We recommend your vet for those situations.
- Dogs in heat or pregnant will not be able to stay with us. This is an enormous risk and disruption for your dog and all the other dogs in our care. If you dog goes into her heat during her stay, she will need to be picked up immediately. We recommend in home care for your pup during her heat.
- We can not allow dogs under 16 weeks old. We provide a fun stimulating environment for you dog. Being away from home and being in this new environment adds stress to every dog. For elderly dogs this stress can trigger underlying health issues or just be too taxing for them. To keep your dogs as safe as possible we recommend in home care for elderly dogs. The breed of your pup determines the age at which they have reached their golden years. While 12 years is our absolute oldest we will accept, we may not accept your dog as early as 6.
- We require a scheduled evaluation for some dogs. These include:
- Pit Bulls, Cane Corsos, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Dobermans or mixes
- Dogs with extreme anxiety
- Dogs with any behavioral issues
